Capstone Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities:
Take necessary action to ensure all hospitality service is outstanding; anticipates and exceeds guest needs; handles situation and requests immediately in a positive manner.;
Monitor operations to anticipate problems; take initiative to correct problem areas immediately.;
Train and provide direction and supervision for Team Members; maintain staffing levels and labor costs.;
Plan, organize, and implement operational routines and activities during shift; uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.;
Maintain cooperative relationships with management and fellow team members; ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are observed.
