• Operate the beverage cart efficiently along designated course routes, serving drinks to players promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized cart, restocking supplies as needed to ensure availability throughout the day.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about menu options.
• Process sales using the POS system accurately while upselling beverages to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing the register at shift end.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with basic drink preparation tasks such as opening bottles.

• Previous experience in bartending, food service, retail, or hospitality environments such as cafés, quick service restaurants, or grocery stores is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems strongly preferred.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices to ensure guest safety and compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere for all players.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances on course, lift light supplies, and perform routine cart maintenance.
• Previous experience in a golf course setting is helpful but not required.
