The Role:
We're looking for an HR Assistant with hands-on experience in HR administration and payroll. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, accurate payroll processing, and compliance while supporting employees across all levels of the organization. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, people-first manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including hours, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain HR records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, and HR policies.
- Generate reports and support HR initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of HR administration and payroll experience (manufacturing experience a plus).
- Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and compliance awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
