Summary
- Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department by coordinating information, documentation, workflows, and communication.
- Supports employees who serve our students and community while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited institution OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation in a secure, organized manner
- Respond to HR inquiries and prepare routine communications and materials
- Support onboarding, background screenings, and document workflows
- Enter and maintain data within HR systems (e.g., ADP, SharePoint)
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and HR-related activities
- Track processes, documentation, and deadlines to support compliance
- Strong organization and time management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and customer service
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Office-based role within Human Resources
- Regular use of computer systems and access to confidential information
