Vice President Of People & Culture
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Vice President of People & Culture to join a mission-driven organization in the North West Suburbs of Chicago that is committed to meaningful impact, strong leadership and an employee-first culture. This Vice President of People & Culture opportunity is ideal for a strategic HR leader who thrives in collaborative environments and wants to shape the future of an organization through people initiatives, culture development and organizational leadership.
The Vice President of People & Culture will oversee key HR functions including employee engagement, compensation strategy, benefits administration, performance management and organizational development. This Vice President of People & Culture role offers the opportunity to influence executive leadership decisions while building scalable people processes that support long-term growth.
- Lead and execute people and culture strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Partner closely with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration and compensation analysis
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organization
- Manage performance management processes, coaching initiatives and employee relations
- Support onboarding, talent development and employee transition processes
- Maintain HR compliance, policies and best practices
- Evaluate and optimize HRIS systems, preferably within Paycom
- 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading culture-focused HR initiatives
- Expertise in compensation, payroll and benefits administration
- HRIS experience, ideally with Paycom
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Nonprofit or mission-driven experience preferred
- Compensation: $130,000-$140,000 annually
