** Human Resources Business Partner*
* ** St. Charles, MN | Relocation Assistance Available*
* ** Salary Range:** $90,000 - $115,000
** Position Overview*
* We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to support a dynamic manufacturing operation. This role serves as a trusted advisor to site leadership and employees, driving initiatives that strengthen organizational performance, workforce engagement, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and succession planning.
** Key Responsibilities*
* - Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Drive talent initiatives including recruiting, retention, succession planning, and employee development.
- Coach managers and support leadership development across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and workplace regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Lead and support HR programs that strengthen culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain a visible presence within the operation and build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
+ Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
+ At least 2 years of leadership experience, including direct people management, team development, or project leadership.
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
+ Experience administering HR programs including compensation, benefits, talent management, employee development, and compliance initiatives.
+ Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
+ Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or production environments preferred.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
+ Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Bilingual communication skills (Spanish or other languages) are highly desirable.
+ Experience supporting multi-shift operations.
+ Prior involvement in employee engagement, organizational development, or culture-building initiatives.
+ Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
