We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and dynamic Consulting Recruiter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your full-cycle recruiting skills to identify, engage, and hire individuals disabilities and nonprofit for our organization. As a Consulting Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, and facilitating onboarding.
You will work closely with our management team to understand their hiring needs and build a pipeline of quality candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of the nonprofit industry and a solid background in using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Why join us? Consultant: to join our team. This unique role combines the strategic and operational aspects of recruitment consulting with the rewarding field of nonprofit work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and matching candidates to Ability One roles within nonprofits serving individuals with disabilities. This position requires a strong background in recruiting and onboarding, with a focus on the nonprofit industry.
Additionally, bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a significant plus, as it expands our outreach capabilities. Responsibilities:

Hybrid, your responsibilities will include:
1. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and hire qualified applicants for Ability One roles within nonprofits serving individuals with disabilities.
2. Conduct comprehensive outreach to potential candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and career fairs.
3. Review and assess applicants' education, experience, and qualifications to match them with suitable Ability One roles.
4. Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that all candidates are treated with dignity and respect.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and the competencies needed for success.
6. Provide guidance and support to candidates during the onboarding process.
7. Establish strong relationships with nonprofit organizations and vocational counselors to enhance our recruitment network.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting methods, labor legislation, and industry trends.
9. Create and present recruitment metrics reports to management.
Qualifications:
To qualify for the Consulting Recruiter:
Consultant:
Hybrid position, you must have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on the nonprofit sector.
2. Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for Ability One roles.
3. Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
4. Strong knowledge of the nonprofit industry, particularly organizations serving individuals with disabilities.
5. Experience in conducting outreach and establishing relationships with potential candidates and organizations. 6. A solid understanding of onboarding processes and best practices.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. 8. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 9. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 10. Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruiting (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, PRC, ECRE) is a plus. Interested in hearing more?
