VALTO in Channahon, IL is seeking an HR Generalist to support multiple functions from headquarters. The role reports to the VP of HR and focuses on recruitment, employee development, and HR data governance to foster a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and proficiency with HRIS (ADP preferred) and ATS. Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
