Intern – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining employee records (attendance, leave, EPF/ETF)
  • Support payroll preparation by updating employee data accurately
  • Help identify and correct errors in attendance and HR systems
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documents
  • Support employee requests and maintain confidentiality
  • Help in recruitment activities (job postings, coordinating interviews)
  • Assist in employee engagement events and welfare activities
  • Handle basic employee queries and escalate when needed
  • Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain records properly
  • Promote a positive and safe work environment
Knowledge and Skills
  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge in MS Office package
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
