Key Job Responsibilities
- Implements labor acquisition strategies inclusive of employee class recommendations, labor pool utilization, talent pool conversion and other channel resources across different Amazon businesses.
- Partners but does not manage relationships with local Site Leadership teams (Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and associated workflow teams) to optimize labor requirements.
- Audits risk report for LO accuracy and resolves defects the same day.
- Executes all Day 1 Denial simulations and maintains zero backlog.
- Executes Red Level Changes (RLCs) with zero defects.
- Executes weekly cadences to ensure LO locks and RLCs are processed within SLA and verified for accuracy.
- Acts as the first escalation point for Site and PPT leadership to solve problems for stakeholders.
- Follows documented escalation matrix through SME lanes.
- Educates internal and external stakeholders on WFS hiring procedures.
- Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to build long‑term partnerships.
- Maintains awareness of market risk to fill site labor order volumes.
- Manages the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via key performance indicators for the line of business, producing digestible reports.
- Uses labor‑planning metrics to proactively identify site/market hiring risks.
- Provides feedback and insight to leaders regarding process changes or recommendations for improvement.
- Monitors candidate feedback to identify barriers and makes real‑time adjustments accordingly.
- Works in conjunction with the WFS SME team on relevant projects, documenting in Asana.
- Requires a flexible schedule and travel up to 10%.
- Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Amazon Projects, Word, Slack and Chime.
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
- 1+ years of experience within Amazon Workforce Staffing or 3+ years of previous Staffing or Human Resources with a focus in high volume hiring or staffing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
- PMP Certification or similar certifications/experience with project management.
- Excellent business judgment, able to step back and view long‑term vision for departmental growth; resourceful, able to manage ambiguity, and prepared to get involved if needed.
- Eager to learn and master new challenges, demonstrated by a strong track record of problem solving and solid analytical capability.
- Thrives in an ambiguous environment, inclined to operate with flexibility, and commits the time required to see a project through to completion and success.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

Salary: USD 48,800.00 – 85,400.00 annually (varies by location). Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
