What You'll DoAs a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll be a key resource for employees and managers while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and job fair participation
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation programs
- Maintain employee records, training documentation, and attendance tracking
- Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes
- Review employee timecards and support payroll processing activities
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures
- Support employee relations matters and HR documentation
- Assist with workforce communications and HR initiatives
- Partner with the HR Manager on special projects and departmental priorities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support or Office Administration
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP experience is a plus)
- Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or production environment experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities
- Friendly, approachable, and service-minded
- Confident interacting with employees at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment

This role is based onsite within a manufacturing facility and office environment. You'll spend time supporting both office employees and production team members, making this a highly interactive position with opportunities to build relationships throughout the organization.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Barrington, IL.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.40/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
