HR People Partner Intern

As an HR People Partnering Intern, you support the North America HR People Partnering team by assisting with day‑to‑day HR activities and strategic HR transformation initiatives; in this 3‑month internship, you gain hands‑on experience working with HR professionals on employee and leader support, organizational changes, and projects that help shape the future of HR, while building your skills in communication, collaboration, and project delivery within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

• Support the North America HR People Partnering team by assisting with day‑to‑day HR activities and strategic HR transformation initiatives;
• Support HR People Partners in managing employee and leader requests;
• Assist with HR processes including employee relations support, promotions, organizational changes, and general HR inquiries;
• Support activation of HR projects and initiatives through project management and change management activities;
• Assist with communications, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and project execution;
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and project deliverables across North America.

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field;
• Strong interest in Human Resources and employee experience;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, agile environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn;

• Exposure to HR People Partnering and Employee Relations;
• Experience supporting enterprise‑wide HR transformation initiatives;
• Development of project management and change management skills;
