Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for developing CLIENT websites to maximize the user experience and customer retention rate.

Lead the development of new application components using the Microsoft technology stack.

Oversee the development of new web technologies, including the development of innovative and engaging web pages for campaign activity.

Create technical specifications based on functional requirements and industry-based best practices.

Manage website testing following the CLIENT testing strategy according to a given test plan and document results.

Manage the identification and escalation of production problems.

Manage the prioritization efforts to maintain and repair the existing web applications.

Manage the operational effectiveness of the current web environments.
