Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. We have opportunities for all experience levels, whether you're starting your career, have decades of experience, interested in technical infrastructure engineering, Infrastructure as Code solutions, or systems supporting top healthcare systems.
Infrastructure Engineers specialize in different areas. Experience and/or interest in various technologies can be discussed during recruitment.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or related field
- Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
- Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- COVID-19 vaccination
As a Hosting team member, responsibilities include:
- Following policies and procedures, escalating issues as needed
- Escalating security incidents with relevant information
