This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Technician Support role based in Greenville, IL. The Technician Support personnel will handle troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers, provide technical support for products, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role also includes conducting product training sessions, assisting customers with installation queries, and ensuring successful resolutions to technical challenges connected to Nevco hardware and software.
Qualifications- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in customer service and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of electricity and electrical systems
- Technical support skills for identifying and resolving hardware and software issues
- Experience conducting customer training sessions
- Ability to provide hands-on assistance and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience is preferred
