Responsibilities- Administration & Maintenance:
Manage and maintain multi-domain Active Directory environments. Knowledge of Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022). Implement and manage Group Policies (GPOs). Perform regular backup and recovery operations. - Troubleshooting & Support:
Resolve AD-related issues (replication, authentication, DNS/DHCP). Provide technical support to end-users. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability. - DNS:
Configure and manage DNS zones, records, and name resolution services. Troubleshoot DNS-related issues impacting applications and network connectivity. Ensure DNS security and integration with AD. Split‑brain DNS for hybrid environments. - Security & Compliance:
Implement and enforce AD security policies. Manage PKI certificates and secure authentication mechanisms. Conduct vulnerability remediation and patch management. - Integration & Cloud Identity:
Administer hybrid identity solutions (Azure AD, Entra , ADFS).
