Responsibilities
- Development skills in Service Now applications to support telecom IT operations and enterprise processes.
- Work closely with business analysts and Leads to translate telecom-specific requirements into Service Now solutions.
- Develop workflows, service catalogs, UI policies, client/server scripts, and integrations with other systems.
- Implement Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Telecom-specific extensions.
- Ensure best practices in coding, reusability, and maintainability of Service Now applications.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and release management with minimal impact on telecom business services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Service Now issues related to incidents, changes, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Service Now aligns with telecom service assurance and provisioning needs.
- Prepare technical documentation, unit test plans, and support QA teams during testing cycles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements and automation within Service Now.
