Network Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide day-to-day infrastructure operations support across server, network, and application environments
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise technologies
• Perform network adds, moves, and changes including VLAN and switch port configuration
• Monitor infrastructure systems and respond to alerts
• Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering teams and elevate issues appropriately
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability

• Hands‑on VMware administration (ESXi, vCenter)
• Experience provisioning and troubleshooting virtual machines in production environments

• Experience working with HP (HPE) or IBM server hardware
• Comfort supporting physical infrastructure and troubleshooting hardware issues

• Experience configuring VLANs and managing switch ports
• Exposure to Cisco switching environments preferred
• Understanding of load balancing, remote access, and SD‑WAN concepts

• Experience working in structured IT environments (incident, change management)
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain technical processes
• CCNA certification is a plus

• Has solid experience in enterprise infrastructure environments
• Enjoys hands‑on troubleshooting and operational support
• Communicates clearly and works well cross‑functionally
• Thrives in structured environments with established IT processes
