We are looking for an experienced Programmer Analyst with strong SQL and ETL skills to develop, maintain, and support critical applications. This role focuses on MS SQL Server, SSIS-based ETL processes, and production support.

Must be a w2 employee of The Judge Group. No sponsorship or C2C for this role.

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
• Build and optimize SSIS ETL workflows
• Monitor production jobs and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Perform root cause analysis and improve system performance
• Document processes and maintain technical knowledge base

• 5+ years in application development and support
• Strong MS SQL Server and T‑SQL expertise
• 3+ years with SSIS (ETL development)
• Experience with C#, , Python, and scripting (Batch/Groovy)
• Knowledge of AWS and relational database design
• Production support and incident management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience with scheduling tools (Control‑M, Zena)
• Familiarity with Git Hub and ITSM tools like Service Now
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
