In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our delivery team and help shape high quality digital and technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and vendors to gather and document requirements, analyse problems, and ensure that technical solutions meet business needs.

You will translate complex business objectives into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. You will support all stages of the SDLC, helping teams understand dependencies, evaluate impacts, and deliver high quality outcomes. Your ability to communicate clearly, analyse issues, and facilitate workshops will be essential as you help shape solution design and guide delivery teams.

As a Technical BA, you will also bring a practical understanding of how systems integrate, how APIs and data flows behave, and how non functional requirements influence technology decisions. Depending on your experience, you may lead requirement work streams, mentor other analysts, or contribute to account level planning and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather and document business and functional requirements.

* Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and use cases.

* Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.
