Logistic Operations Research & Systems Analyst
As an operations analyst, you will help solve complex logistics problems for our clients. Work with data scientists and logistics subject matter experts to evaluate data assessment strategies—including sampling, statistical analysis, and network analysis—to deliver robust solutions. You will analyze and interpret modeling results such as life‑cycle cost models, cost‑benefit analyses, and what‑if scenarios, and then develop program briefs, presentations, and recommendations to improve program efficiency.
KeyQualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting DoD or similar military logistics operations
- Ability to identify, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Experience designing, implementing, and validating novel algorithms and models
- Strong client‑facing skills – able to understand requirements and present solutions
- Effective technical writing and briefing skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Experience creating and implementing logistics network models
- Proficiency in quantitative methods such as multivariate statistics, machine learning, network analysis, or computational modeling
- Programming skills in Python, R, Matlab, or C#
- Background in Defense or Intelligence community projects
- Knowledge of defense and intelligence data sources or analytic tools
- Understanding of social science fields (psychology, economics, sociology, or political science)
- Master’s degree preferred
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $ annualized USD. The estimate reflects typical salary for this role and is one component of the overall compensation package.
