Business Systems Analyst II

Onsite in Devens, MA, Valencia, CA, or Barrington, IL.

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience, education, and training.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP or enterprise systems such as Epicor, SAP, Workday, or Exact.
• Experience supporting complex organizational structures (hierarchical, functional, matrixed).
• Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders, understand business needs, and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong technical expertise combined with interpersonal skills to collaborate across multi‑level stakeholders.
• Ownership as a subject‑matter expert contributing to cross‑functional program success.

• Deep ERP experience spanning both operational data management and system‑level capabilities.
• Experience working across multiple ERP platforms.
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Experience in training, documentation, and/or facilitation.
• Strong background supporting ERP environments in manufacturing and/or distribution organizations.

• Support enterprise data management efforts to ensure accurate, secure, and accessible information.
• Contribute to data governance, master data, and compliance initiatives; manage data‑related projects such as migrations, system updates, and validation improvements.
• Resolve cross‑system data issues through analytical problem‑solving and collaborate with IT, compliance teams, and external vendors.
• Act as super user and business support partner for the Epicor ERP system, ensuring efficient use.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epicor ERP configurations, reporting solutions, and system enhancements.
• Support day‑to‑day Epicor ERP operations, troubleshooting system issues, resolving cross‑functional data discrepancies, and coordinating fixes with IT or technical teams.
• Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of Epicor system updates, enhancements, and process changes.
• Administer troubleshooting efforts in collaboration with internal teams (IT, Business Intelligence) and external teams (vendor partners, project/program consultants).
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to validate data definitions and logic, and fulfill project resource/coordination support when needed.
• Deliver training and development information to end users via online learning resources and email.

• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, supporting system configuration, data integration, security, and continuous process optimization.
• Background in ERP implementations, business process improvement, end‑user training, multi‑company and multi‑site environments, and operational process optimization.
• Experience leading ERP rollouts, supporting acquisitions, gathering business requirements, developing documentation, and driving adoption of best practices across manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.
• Partner with technical and functional teams to improve processes, support users, and enhance overall ERP effectiveness.
• Support ERP projects, troubleshoot technical issues, optimize business processes, and integrate solutions such as warehouse management systems, shop‑floor automation, manufacturing execution systems, and AI solutions.

Expected pre‑tax pay: $78,000.00 – $ (actual pay may differ based on experience and location).
