OverviewManage flow of information for brands to be applied to our computer system including pricing, RIPs, new product introductions, ETS maintenance, etc. This position interfaces with suppliers and various other departments.
Responsibilities- Create new product codes in the AS400 system
- Maintain pricing and deletion allowances for all assigned vendors
- Maintain all RIPs for assigned vendors in the system
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing and RIP issues
- Edit all pricing and RIP changes before filing
- Enter and maintain the ETS System (Price Book)
- Enter and maintain items on EBIZ
- Create sell sheets
- Prepare meeting reports and information, maintain them on shared drive
- Maintain military pricing in the AS400 system
- Conduct competitive RIP analysis
- Associate’s Degree or relevant experience
- Administrative experience in marketing or finance; experience with AS/400 and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Good communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail; time management skills are a must
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
The starting salary for this role is $26 per hour.
