NSAW Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in BI development to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize reporting within our organization. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data models using Net Suite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW). The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, operations, IT, and other stakeholders to enhance data visibility, improve analytics capabilities, and support business intelligence initiatives.

Business & Data Analysis:

• Analyze business processes and data requirements to develop analytics solutions within Net Suite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and refine reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Identify trends and insights through data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Net Suite Analytics Warehouse Implementation & Support:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or any other analytics-related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI Analyst.
  
  Experience with an ERP such as Net Suite and/or NSAW is preferred, but not essential.
• Functional experience in supporting analytics deliverables across all business functions
• Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and listening
• Team player, willing to take on all tasks, large & small.

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, length of service, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
