Job Description CSCI Consulting is seeking experienced SAP Analytics & Reporting SMEs with Alteryx expertise to support a mission-critical SAP S/4
HANA transformation within a Department of War (DoW) environment. This role will drive data analytics, reporting, and automation capabilities to improve financial auditability and global transportation logistics. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, streamline data processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across enterprise systems. Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and automation
* Perform data analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
* Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business and executive stakeholders
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across analytics pipelines
* Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes using Alteryx
* Support SAP data integration, reporting, and migration activities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting solutions
Minimum Requirements
* U.S. citizenship with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain
* 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI development
* Advanced experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), including data integration or migration
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles
* Strong communication skills with ability to brief technical and executive stakeholders
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
* Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
* Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional presence Preferred Skills
* Experience supporting DoW or federal logistics programs
* SAP S/4
HANA or public sector SAP experience
* Experience with data migration or enterprise transformation programs
* Familiarity with Agile/SAFe environments
* Knowledge of supply chain and logistics systems
* Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
* Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
* Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
* Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
* Past experience working with a Federal agency
* Department of War experience is a plus!
