We are now strengthening the ai environment in norway and are looking for an ai transformation consultant who wants to work at the intersection of technology, business, and change. You will have a central role in helping companies understand, prioritize, and realize the opportunities ai offers.

As an ai transformation consultant, you will work closely with both customers and colleagues to identify where ai can create value and help turn opportunities into concrete solutions and results. You will be a consultant and sparring partner for customers who want to streamline processes, strengthen decision-making, and create new ways of working with the help of ai. At the same time, you will contribute to the further development and implementation of ai at cepheo, enhancing our expertise, methods, and service offerings.

• Identifying opportunities for using ai in customers/internal business processes
• Advisory related to how ai can support efficiency, decision support, and automation
• Development and implementation of solutions based on microsoft's technology platform
• Copilot, automation, and ai-supported work processes in microsoft 365, dynamics 365, and power platform
• Workshops and collaboration with customers/internally to map needs and realize solutions
• Collaboration with consultants, developers, and other resources across disciplines
• Contributing to the further development of cepheo's ai commitment and service offerings
• Knowledge sharing and competence building internally

We believe you have experience from one or more of the following roles:

• Technology or business consultant
• Erp or crm consultant
• Digital transformation consultant
• Data & analytics consultant
• Power platform or microsoft consultant

• Experience with or interest in ai and how the technology can create business value
• Familiarity with microsoft technology such as dynamics 365, power platform, azure, or microsoft 365
• Experience with implementing or further developing system support for business processes
• Understanding of how technology can create value in a business
• Experience with workshop facilitation, advisory, or change work
• Ability to collaborate well with both technical and business-oriented environments
• Good communication skills in norwegian and english
