We are seeking an IAM Engineer to join our team in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities
Drive IAM Operations & Platform Reliability
  • Manage and support Identity & Access Management platforms, including authentication, authorization, identity federation, directory services, and identity provisioning solutions.
  • Perform deployments, upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Execute backup and recovery activities while maintaining operational excellence and service availability.
  • Participate in application integrations, migrations, and infrastructure transformation projects.
Collaborate Across Technical Teams
  • Partner with development, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver secure and reliable IAM solutions.
  • Contribute technical expertise to project delivery and ensure seamless service continuity across environments.
Monitor, Troubleshoot & Improve
  • Proactively monitor services using enterprise monitoring and logging tools.
  • Investigate alerts, analyze application and infrastructure logs, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
Strengthen Security & Automation
  • Manage certificates, security configurations, and vulnerability remediation activities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts that streamline operational processes and improve service quality.
  • Help drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and operational optimization.
Ensure Service Excellence
  • Manage incidents, service requests, changes, releases, and problem records following ITIL best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Share knowledge and provide guidance to colleagues and operational teams.

  • Experience
    • Supporting Linux‑based infrastructure and middleware environments.
    • Familiarity with Identity & Access Management technologies and concepts.
    • Working within IT Service Management processes, including Incident, Change, Release, and Problem Management.
    • Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Additional assets
    • ITIL Foundation certification
    • Knowledge of PM² or PRINCE2 methodologies
    • Knowledge of cloud environments and technologies
    • Experience working within European Commission IT environments
    • Good written and spoken French
Other requirements
  • EU Citizenship.
  • Resident or available to relocate to Belgium.
