MFT Administrator
MFT Administrator, if the candidate has scripting knowledge it’s an advantage.
Knowledge of file transfer protocols like FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S.
Security concepts like encryption and decryption, digital certificates.
Integrating file transfer systems with EFT application, database, cloud services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
Handling incident, change, problem management process, working with different stakeholders, customers, etc.
Application support experience.
