Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Mettawa, IL 60045
. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay Rate : $45 Hourly on W2 - ONSITE

Title :
Consultant (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist)
Duration : 12 + Months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

• 2–3 years of experience
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience with Marketing Cloud
• Ability to confidently challenge inconsistencies without ego
• Strong documentation skills and a solid understanding of business requirements
• Ability to read and interpret technical design documents
• Comfortable identifying and calling out misalignments between requirements and design
• The candidate must be technically savvy and able to review technical documents/blueprints to ensure what is being built matches both the platform and the original design documentation.
• They will also help design and improve QA processes. While templates and documentation already exist, the team wants someone who can bring experience with strong QA processes to enhance documentation, identify gaps, and ensure nothing is missed.
• This role can sometimes be junior or entry-level, but ideally they are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience so they are familiar with Marketing Cloud and can understand the language used (e.g., AMPscript, JavaScript, SQL).

• Familiarity with the Salesforce core platform
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience (since data flows from there)

• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is very important
• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required.
