Constellation Energy seeks an IT Manager to lead core technology operations supporting mission-critical energy systems. In this role, you will manage a team of IT professionals delivering secure, reliable infrastructure, applications, and end-user services. Responsibilities include overseeing network and server environments, cloud platforms, cybersecurity controls, and enterprise software. You will drive IT project execution, vendor management, budget planning, and incident/problem management.
Partner with business and plant operations leaders to align technology with energy reliability, regulatory, and sustainability goals in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an IT team supporting enterprise and plant operations
- Oversee network, server, and cloud infrastructure for high availability
- Manage cybersecurity practices, access controls, and compliance
- Direct IT projects, timelines, and deliverables across business units
- Administer enterprise applications and end-user computing services
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology with goals
- Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships
- Implement IT policies, standards, and documentation
- Support reliability, safety, and regulatory requirements in energy operations
Required Skills
