IT​/Tech Operator, Systems Administrator

CF Industries is seeking an Operator to support our Seneca technology operations. In this role, you will monitor and manage software systems, ensure reliable application performance, and troubleshoot incidents in real time. You'll collaborate with developers and IT teams, document processes, and help implement automation to improve stability and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage production software systems and infrastructure for performance and availability.
• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to diagnose root causes and implement fixes.
• Document operational procedures, incidents, and system changes.
• Implement and maintain scripts and automation to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Perform routine health checks, deployments, and configuration updates.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and vendors when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting, and runbooks.
