I opened my agency in 1998 and lead a small, close-knit team of three. I bring nearly four decades of experience with State Farm, having spent many years in the claims department before becoming an agent. That background gives our office a deep understanding of insurance from every angle and allows us to provide thoughtful, well-rounded support to our customers.

Staying connected to the community is important to me. I’m actively involved in local leadership through the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and service on the city’s Pension Board, which reflects our commitment to being engaged and invested where we live and work.

Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jack Graham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
