• Proven success in construction management, leading others, estimating, insurance adjusting, or other related fields
• Are driven by creating exemplary customer experiences and profitability for the team
• Appreciation for being a member of a team and being accountable to others
• Have the desire to learn and excel, and a willingness to be coached
• Deadline and detail-orientation; ability to prioritize and effectively manage own time, being flexible and adaptable as needed
• Current computer and technology skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• Have the construction and job management skills to get desired results
• Are a relationship-builder, communicating and interfacing with a variety of people
• Enjoy achieving success through quality work, customer satisfaction, and profitability

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
