All Fleet Inc. is hiring a Second Shift Road Service Coordinator for our Winthrop Harbor operations center.

No trucking experience? That is okay.

If you have excelled in a fast-paced customer service environment, we can teach you the technical side of dispatch.

What you will do:

• Take breakdown calls from drivers and fleet customers
• Ask the right questions and document accurate information
• Coordinate mobile repair technicians
• Communicate status updates throughout the repair
• Monitor open jobs and address delays
• Support technicians in the field
• Confirm required photos, forms, notes, and documentation
• Make sure completed jobs are ready for invoicing
• Leave the overnight team with a complete and accurate handoff
