Job Overview

Duties- Independently perform all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and client communications.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys across practice areas in a team-oriented environment.
- Admission to the North Carolina bar required.
- 5-15 years of litigation experience.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
- Motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn.
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
CertificationsAdmission to the North Carolina bar.
Skills- Strong litigation skills with a focus on commercial litigation.
- Experience with landlord representation, real estate litigation, and property management is a plus.
