We are seeking to hire a Special Projects Lawyer to join our Commercial Contracts and Technology Solutions practice group. This position is remote and all candidates must be licensed and living in a state with a K&L Gates LLP office. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, such as manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, services agreements, consulting agreements, development and collaboration agreements, reseller agreements, and licensing agreements.

Candidates should be technologically savvy, with experience using non-legal AI tools and a willingness to learn and leverage legal AI technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on a wide variety of commercial contracting matters and will support a range of projects for our Commercial Contracts and Technology Solutions team.

Base Compensation $125.00 - $150.00 / hour

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
