This is a fully on-site opportunity in Inverness, Illinois, offering close collaboration with our team and hands‑on involvement in client matters. Remote work is not available.
Note:Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Illinois. Experience in property tax, real estate, or administrative law is preferred but not required, and bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.

Job Description- Analyze residential, income‑producing, owner‑occupied, commercial, and industrial properties to identify opportunities for assessment appeals
- Draft persuasive briefs, supporting evidence, complaints, and other materials for property tax appeals
- Manage administrative appeal matters while keeping filings, evidence, and deadlines organized and accurate
- Communicate directly with clients to provide recommendations, gather necessary information, answer questions, and explain the appeal process
- Assist with appeal filings and preparation of supporting documentation at multiple administrative levels
- Evaluate property information involving new construction, renovations, income‑producing assets, and other valuation considerations
- Handle confidential client information with sound judgment and professionalism
- Shift priorities effectively in a client‑focused environment where matters and deadlines can change quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information
- Highly motivated, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
- Property tax, real estate, administrative law, or related legal experience preferred
- Microsoft Access experience is a plus
- Meaningful client‑facing work with visible impact
