Primary Objectives of Position:

Deliver and distribute agronomy products in a professional and timely manner

Assist in optimizing the cooperative’s market and efficiency

Help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals

Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service

Responsibilities of the Position:

Operate spraying and spreading equipment properly

Mix fertilizer and chemicals properly to ensure quality standards and accuracy

Deliver products to appropriate customers in a timely manner

Report needed inventory items to supervisor

Ensure all delivery tickets are accurate and filled out correctly

Keep accurate log of all fields, acres, rates, product, and weather

Inform supervisor of any potential problems or new business opportunities

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Be 18 years of age or older

Must have or be able to obtain a Wisconsin Certified Applicators License

CDL preferred

Be able to lift 50 lbs of a consistent basis, be able to bend, climb, and have good leg and arm dexterity
