Supply Planning Transformation Professional
We are seeking experienced Supply Planning Transformation professionals to support a large enterprise supply chain transformation program across a global manufacturing network. This role will focus on modernizing planning processes, implementing advanced planning technologies, and driving operational excellence across manufacturing sites. The selected candidate will work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, and site leadership teams to enable standardized planning capabilities and improve decision making.
This position offers the opportunity to lead transformational initiatives that support future scalability, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities. Candidates should possess strong manufacturing supply chain expertise and experience working within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support deployment of new supply planning processes and systems across assigned manufacturing sites.
- Conduct current state and future state assessments to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Drive master data cleanup, process alignment, technology readiness, and organizational preparation activities.
- Partner directly with manufacturing site teams to ensure successful adoption of new planning processes.
- Support parallel operations and transition activities during system implementation and cutover phases.
- Provide hypercare support and assist with long term sustainment and stabilization efforts.
- Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
- Collaborate with site leadership, program leadership, and cross functional stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Influence teams and drive alignment across planning, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations functions.
- Support implementation of enterprise planning solutions and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in supply chain planning within manufacturing environments.
- Experience using enterprise planning systems within complex organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting large scale projects or transformation initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against aggressive timelines.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25 to 30 percent to manufacturing sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Manufacturing site planning experience.
- Understanding of S and OP and end to end supply chain processes.
- Experience with target operating model deployments.
- Change management experience.
- Planning system implementation experience.
- Experience leading multi site transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with ERP system, IBP, APO, Blue Yonder, or Infor planning solutions.
