Shipping and Refurbishment Coordinator

• Clean and repair used rental equipment, including packaging and shipping of devices for order fulfillment.
• Clean and inspect returned devices and ensure device functionality meets quality specifications.
• Verify battery vitality through burn‑in process.
• Ensure all collected, cleaned, and inventory‑reflected equipment is accurate.
• Accurately scan devices into medical practice management software (e.g., Rivet).
• Follow proper procedures for returned devices and meet daily and team goals.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation per established guidelines.
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching solutions, and implementing or escalating unresolved matters.
• Abide by Compliance Department standards for documentation.
• Maintain the order process via shipping queue and ensure products are shipped according to company standards and schedule.
• Log into shipping queue to answer internal communications regarding shipping.
• Inform Shipping & Refurbishment Lead of inventory needs.
• Package devices properly for shipment, including required documentation.
• Maintain company quality assurance standards and security of highly sensitive materials.
• Refer client complaints to appropriate persons and maintain protocol information from reference materials, memos, and training sessions.
• Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma required.
• Zero (0) plus years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work independently and with teams.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Salary: $15 hourly.
