Job Title: Process Control Engineer 2
Location: Mossville, IL (Onsite)
Travel: Up to 25% (Local supplier visits within the Midwest)
Seeking a Process Control Engineer to support supply chain operations by coordinating material coverage, shipment prioritization, and supplier performance management to ensure uninterrupted production. The role involves leading supplier control tower meetings, analyzing demand requirements, creating coverage reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to address supply risks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead control tower meetings with suppliers and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain material coverage and shipment planning reports.
- Analyze supply chain demand and prioritize shipments based on business needs.
- Create tracking tools, dashboards, charts, and performance reports.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify potential supply risks.
- Coordinate with buyers, planners, and operations teams to resolve material shortages.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate degree with relevant experience may be considered).
- 2 4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and macros.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Background in supplier management, procurement, planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
