About the Team

The Supply Chain team is a fast-paced, collaborative group focused on ensuring seamless material flow, supplier coordination, and on‑time delivery to meet customer demands. They work closely across functions to proactively manage shortages, optimize inventory, and drive continuous process improvements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What you can look forward to as Supply Chain Specialist
  • Run customer‑specific bill of material checks
  • Compile supplier commitment/shipment updates within tracker
  • Understand plant usage and customer run‑out dates and escape shortages as needed
  • Address carrier delivery issues for inbound/outbound material.
  • Compile Customer Tracker info as needed
  • Expedite material shortages and provide purchasing support
  • Ensure balance of stock on‑hand between plants during shortages
  • Understand material flow within plant – SAP locations and transactions
Your profile as Supply Chain Specialist
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & V‑lookup).
  • Minimum of four years of experience in production/supplier planning and purchasing/supply chain management.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field, an Associates degree in a related field with a minimum of seven years’ experience in production/supplier planning and purchasing/supply chain management; or a high school diploma with ten years of experience in production/supplier planning and purchasing/supply chain management.
  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • APICS certification is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
