In this role, you’ll help keep shipments moving, support customers, develop carrier relationships, and solve problems in real time as part of a team that values communication, initiative, and dependable service.

• Provide excellent customer service and serve as a reliable point of contact for accounts within the team.
• Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to confirm loads are accepted, accurate, and properly built.
• Monitor and respond to customer, carrier, and internal emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with carriers, primary contacts, and internal team members.
• Assist with shipment tracking and provide timely updates throughout the delivery process.
• Support dispatch, check-calling, load booking, and day-to-day freight coordination as needed.
• Communicate consistently with customers to support service quality, strengthen relationships, and help grow accounts.
• Stay aware of market trends and lane conditions to help secure competitive truck rates.
• Provide customers with accurate updates on carrier locations, delivery status, potential issues, and delays.
• Maintain accurate notes and load information in the TMS for clear visibility and follow-up.
• Take initiative to resolve customer questions or concerns, working with team leadership to identify effective solutions.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable follow-up for assigned accounts.
• Support accurate invoicing, rate management, and account documentation.

• Ability to build strong relationships with operations teams, vendors, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
