Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you’ll be at the helm of performing advanced level diagnostic/trouble shooting, maintenance, and repair of computer numerical control (i.e., CNC) machinery.

Voortman Steel Machinery manufactures the most advanced automated steel processing machinery available. We’re a rapidly growing company and we’re looking for a new and business-critical team member at our North American subsidiary, Voortman USA LLC.

In this pivotal position, you’ll also embrace the opportunity to serve as a point of contact for technical aspects of our commissioning process when at customer locations. • Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of CNC machinery.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during commissioning at customer sites.
• Implement solutions to technical challenges and support customer satisfaction.
