• Restore/clean recoverable items per company standards to improve the quality of life for customers; perform other restoration tasks, such as drying and demo, as needed.
• Leave the job site with a clean/orderly appearance.
• Communicate openly with team, be coachable to learn what we do for cleaning, water mitigation, and more.
• Participate in our rotational, emergency‑response program that pays incentives.

• High school diploma/GED plus experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; lives within 25 miles from our facility.
• Has basic mechanical/math aptitude.
• Must be able to work in the United States indefinitely.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from a ladder at roof and ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics), handle the physical demands of jobs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals and wear PPE as needed.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, includes incentives.
