Overview

We are hiring for a full-time HOUSEKEEPER position at Crothall Healthcare.

Location:

Mercer Manor Rehab, 309 North West 9th Avenue, Aledo, IL 61231. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Rotating weekends are included. More details upon interview.

Pay Range: $15.50 per hour to $16.50 per hour.

• Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments in a clean and orderly manner, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors; vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies; shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings; cleans metal fixtures and fittings; empties and cleans trash containers; disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers; wipes down glass surfaces; makes up beds and changes linens; realigns furniture and amenities as prescribed.
• Responds to guest queries and housekeeping requests; assists with spills and broken glasses; contributes to team efforts with professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Requirement:
  Previous housekeeping experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Qualified candidates must be able to work the specified shift and schedule.
