SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Sanitation Operator for a large, well-known client in Montgomery, IL. As a Sanitation Operator for SURESTAFF you will clean the plant production equipment and facility to meet food safety, customer quality, and worker safety requirements. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All Temp-To-Hire employees are offered $18-18.50/HR competitive compensation as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include: 2nd shift – 3:30pm-12 $ 18.50 3rd shift – 9:30am-6am $18.00

• Responsible for effective sanitation of the various plant equipment and departments.
• Follow equipment cleaning instructions as listed in the Sanitation Procedures Manual.
• Responsible for compliance with GMP’s, proper sanitation, and housekeeping in area.
• Responsible for use of required safety equipment and complying with proper safety procedures including wearing proper protective clothing, always toed boots and safety googles/face shield.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance procedures, a variety of instructions, diagrams, or schedules.
• Report any hazards or concerns to the Sanitation Manager.

• Responsible for reporting any food safety issues to your supervisor or management staff promptly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime when needed
• Previous Stand-up forklift and Walkie Rider experience is a plus
• Willing to work in temperatures of 40 degrees Fahrenheit or lower
• Position requires lifting up to 50lbs and standing throughout shift
