The Community House is seeking to hire a Full-time Facility Maintenance Worker to be a part of creating a welcoming and customer-friendly environment in our 48,000-square-foot community center. This position involves room set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs, and manual and semi-skilled maintenance work of the interior and exterior of the building.
Work includes monitoring the building, cleaning restrooms, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, securing the building, including AV equipment, painting, minor repairs, and maintenance of equipment, and ensuring that the interior and exterior of the building are always presentable.
Hours: 40 hours per week (Sunday 6:30 am to 3 pm and Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm) and periodic overtime.
