The role involves routine upkeep of electrical equipment, boilers, furnaces, and laundry machinery, as well as carpentry, plumbing, and masonry work below journeyman level. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of semi-skilled experience, and a valid driver’s license.
