Homewerks Worldwide, LLC, a leading import distributor of home improvement products for major retailers is seeking a Project Manager to join our Marketing Department. Homewerks Worldwide develops, sources, and markets bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products for home and commercial use. Position Summary
Homewerks Worldwide, LLC Project Manager position is a critical role within the company overall, influencing all aspects of product launch projects to support the company’s growth objectives in bathroom, kitchen, HVAC, and plumbing products. The person in this role reports to the VP – Marketing & eCommerce and works side by side, professionally and seamlessly, with other Marketing team members, Sales Managers, Sourcing, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities
- Achieve business and sales objectives communicated by Management by executing creative & cross-functional projects on budget, on time, to specifications, and to high quality standards
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional team – including Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, Operations, and China vendors – to motivate the team to achieve a 98% on-time rate and ensure projects are being executed to specifications
- Deliver marketing projects on schedule and with accuracy to achieve desired launch timing and optimize sales
- Work with Sourcing to drive the delivery of new products and factory changes to keep the business relevant and competitive, to meet company product launch requirements, and to fuel sales growth
- Track and report status of projects using the company’s project management tool
- Manage and direct resources, both inside the company and with external partners, to achieve marketing project milestones
- Assign deliverables and accountability to team members, providing guidance, direction, and motivation as a mentor
- Identify lapses in schedule or commitments, and ensure corrective actions are defined and initiated
- Contribute to the packaging and instruction manual process
- Create and modify documents such as reports, spreadsheets, letters and presentations using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or presentation software
- Support the on-going development of better ways to operate and streamline processes
- Assist in the redevelopment of Wrike to improve the way it operates for everyone & determine if it is the software to meet everyone’s needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or business administration
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in project management in a consumer products.

Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Preferred Skills
- Wrike, or other project management software experience required
- Plumbing and retail channel experience a plus
- Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and InDesign…
